Dream Big with me a is a charity foundation dedicated to setting new standards for individuals with disabilities. Our organization was started by a parent of a person with disabilities. Leylani Cardoso, our founder never once accepted anything but opportunity and equality since her daughter Sophia was born with Down Syndrome. The family has supported the daughter who is now 19 years old not in achieving a standard high school diploma – this was not within the school norms and yet with the right support she achieved. Today, with this continued support and belief Sophia is pursuing her dream to become a YouTuber.
The Cardoso family has come to realize that their story is not a unique one, but rather one of perseverance. Through the Dream Big With Me Foundation the Cardoso Family looks to support individuals with special needs pursue their dreams.
